Leo Beer presents as a quintessential American Lager, specifically tailored for refreshing consumption in tropical climates. This Thai icon offers a smooth-crisp profile that prioritizes drinkability and balance. The sensory experience is defined by a very clean fermentation and a neutral palate, where subtle grainy sweetness from barley and adjuncts provides a soft foundation. A light, floral hop presence flickers briefly before yielding to a highly carbonated, bone-dry finish. Appearance. SRM 2-3; pale straw to brilliant yellow in color. Features a white, frothy head with low retention and high clarity.
Aroma. Low intensity aroma with a clean fermentation profile. Subtle notes of grainy malt and a faint, sweet corn-like adjunct character are present, with a very low, optional floral hop scent.
Taste. Neutral and crisp palate with low grainy-sweet flavors. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough balance against the malt. The hop flavor is nearly indistinguishable but may hint at herbal or spicy notes. Finishes very dry and clean with a short aftertaste.
