Oude Geuze Boon to bez wątpienia jedno z najbardziej znanych piw naszego browaru. Ten tradycyjny, niesłodzony i niefiltrowany Oude Geuze produkujemy od 1975 roku. Szczególnie lubiany jest za delikatny smak i łagodną cierpkość. To tajemnica? Wszystko zaczyna się od piwa Lambic, które jest warzone z 60% słodu i 40% pszenicy, a następnie dojrzewa w 100% w dębowych beczkach.
Oude Geuze Boon to mieszanka Lambic, które dojrzewały przez 1, 2 i 3 lata. Jest butelkowany, a następnie przez kilka miesięcy kondycjonowany. Ten wtórny proces fermentacji tworzy wyjątkowo złożone smaki z bogatym blaskiem, który po podawaniu tworzy przyjemną nutę głowy. Kondycjonowanie butelek jest również tym, co sprawia, że mieszanka Lambic jest prawdziwym Oude Geuze.
