This Double IPA presents a striking copper hue beneath a dense, persistent white crown. The aromatics are dominated by a bold interplay of resinous pine and concentrated ripe fruit, signaling a powerful hop presence. On the palate, a smooth, creamy texture carries flavors of herbal spice and forest sap, supported by a sturdy malt backbone that provides balance without cloying sweetness. While the alcohol strength adds a gentle, integrated warmth, the finish remains relatively dry with a lingering, moderate bitterness. It is a robust, well-structured ale that emphasizes classic resinous hop character within a surprisingly velvety, powerful mouthfeel.

Appearance. Attractive copper (SRM 10-14); thick, white, persistent head with moderate lacing; clear to brilliant clarity.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics featuring prominent resinous pine and deep ripe fruit esters. A clean, supportive malt presence sits in the background, providing a hint of toasted grain. Neutral fermentation profile with a very light, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Initial hit of forest-like resin and herbal hops followed by a rich, ripe fruit mid-palate. A firm bitterness is well-integrated with a supportive toasted malt character. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering resinous aftertaste and a clean, powerful presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation provides lift, while a restrained alcohol warmth reflects its strength. Low astringency.
