This Wild Specialty Beer captures the nostalgic essence of a pink lemonade ice cream float through a vibrant sensory lens. A striking pink hue introduces an aromatic profile bursting with zesty citrus and ripe raspberry jam, softened by a distinct milky sweetness from the lactose addition. The sensory experience is defined by a playful interplay between sharp lactic acidity and a velvety, ice cream-like mouthfeel. The tartness of the fruit provides a refreshing edge that cuts through the creamy body, resulting in a vibrant and dessert-like character that mirrors a classic lemonade spider with balanced intensity and fruit-forward complexity.
Appearance. SRM 5-8; vibrant pink to soft reddish-orange hue. Pours with a light pink-tinted head that shows moderate to low retention. Opaque and hazy appearance due to the heavy addition of raspberry, citrus, and lactose.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of freshly squeezed lemon and sweet raspberry puree. A distinct creamy, vanilla-like sweetness from lactose blends with a clean lactic tartness. Low to no hop aroma or malt character, allowing the fruit and specialty ingredients to dominate.
