This vapor-infused London Dry Gin presents a refined sensory profile dominated by the hallmark resinous punch of juniper. Unlike traditionally boiled botanicals, the vapor infusion process ensures a vibrant, nuanced aromatic bouquet. The grain-neutral base provides a crisp, clean canvas for these botanicals to shine, resulting in an exceptionally dry and intensely aromatic experience with a lingering, sophisticated spice.

Appearance. Water-white (0-1 SRM); brilliant clarity and completely transparent. No head formation or lacing due to high alcohol concentration and lack of protein content.

Aroma. High intensity botanical character. Initial burst of resinous juniper and pine, followed by bright lemon zest and a spicy, floral coriander note. Clean alcohol presence is prominent but refined; no malt or hop character present.

Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and botanical-forward. Strong juniper berry flavor persists throughout, complemented by peppery grains of paradise and a light citrus pith. Clean character with no fermentation esters or phenols. Finish is very long, dry, and clean with a lingering herbal spice.
