Sitting Pretty is a contemporary American Pale Ale that highlights the vibrant fruit-forward profiles of modern hop varieties. A significant dry hop featuring Citra and Eclipse drives an intense sensory experience, characterized by lush notes of ripe mango and bright, zesty citrus. This golden yellow ale presents a characteristic haze that suggests a softer profile while remaining rooted in its style’s balance. The neutral malt base provides a gentle foundation, allowing the tropical hop intensity to lead, while a subtle, pleasant sweetness rounds out the palate, ensuring a smooth and highly approachable finish that encourages another sip.
Appearance. Golden yellow (approx. 6 SRM); moderately large off-white head with good retention and light lacing; distinctly hazy.
