Bojak Brewing

This American IPA captures a vibrant West Coast character, emphasizing a clean and bright sensory profile. The aroma is led by a complex hop bouquet where Simcoe provides deep notes of resinous pine and passionfruit, complemented by the classic floral and lemon-citrus lift of Centennial hops. The addition of Eclipse hops further elevates the experience with distinct bursts of fresh mandarin orange and zesty citrus peel. A lean, grainy malt backbone ensures the hops remain the focus, leading to a structured medium bitterness and a crisp, dry finish. It is a refreshing, hop-forward ale with a lingering citrus-resin aftertaste.

Appearance. Light gold to medium gold (approx. 6 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with good lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity characterized by layers of pine, mandarin orange, and floral citrus. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hop presentation. Clean fermentation profile with no significant yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of citrus zest, pine, and orange peel. Low grainy malt flavor provides a neutral base. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, balancing the dry to medium-dry finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and crisp.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
