Go With the Flow reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern West Coast lens. This lager presents a brilliant straw hue topped with a persistent white head. The aroma is a vibrant collision of tradition and innovation; clean, doughy Pilsner malt provides a crisp foundation for the punchy, resinous notes of Simcoe and the distinct grapefruit zest of Chinook. On the palate, a firm bitterness asserts itself early, characteristic of the style, while maintaining a lean, dry finish. The result is a highly refreshing, crystalline beer that balances old-world lager precision with the assertive, piney hop profile of the American West Coast.

Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring resinous pine and grapefruit from Simcoe and Chinook hops, layered over a low grainy-sweet, doughy malt profile; clean fermentation with no esters.

Taste. Initial grainy-sweet malt and toasted cracker flavors are quickly overtaken by a firm, resinous hop bitterness. Flavors of grapefruit rind and pine needles persist through a very dry, crisp finish. The balance is decidedly bitter and clean, with a lingering flinty hop character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing with a slight mineral sharpness; no alcohol warmth or astringency.
