Siguiendo la filosofía basada en la soberanía alimentaria, queremos reforzar una economía sostenible y local atendiendo y cuidando toda la cadena del proceso, desde los campos de cultivo de cebada hasta los comercios de nuestros pueblos y barrios.
El grupo promotor lo conformamos siete jóvenes con formación y experiencia en diferentes campos: doctores en Ingeniería Química, expertos en gestión de cooperativas y licenciados en ciencias sociales y ambientales. Trabajamos para que el equipo vaya creciendo, éste es el objetivo principal de Boga.
Respondemos a las necesidades de los consumidores que no atienden las cervezas industriales. La cerveza vasca ha comenzado a abrir camino, ofreciendo cervezas singulares adaptadas a su lugar de origen. A su vez, tenemos intención de apostar por un continuo desarrollo tecnológico.
Contamos con el apoyo de Coop57, entidad que financia proyectos enraizados en la economía social. A su vez, más de 100 personas, hosteleros, asociaciones y comparsas han respaldado económicamente la puesta en marcha de Boga, éste es nuestro principal valor.

BOGA ekoizpen kooperatiban garagardo naturala ekoizten dugu. Ingurugiroa eta osasuna zaintzen duen produktua da gurea, pasteurizazio gabe egina eta garagardoaren kalitatea gutxitu dezakeen inolako gehigarririk gabea.
Langileok gara enpresaren kudeaketaren arduradunak eta erabaki garrantzitsuenen jabeak. Uste dugu eredu hau langileentzat demokratikoena eta justuena dela eta, aldi berean, enpresarentzat eraginkorrena.
Elikadura burujabetzan oinarrituriko filosofiari jarraituz, hurbileko ekonomia jasangarria indartu nahi dugu, garagarra landatzen den eremuetatik gure auzo eta herrietan ditugun merkatalgune txikietaraino.
Talde eragilea hainbat alorretan jantzitako zazpi gaztek osatzen dugu: Ingeniaritza kimikoko doktoreak, enpresa-kudeaketako adituak eta ingurugiro zein gizarte zientzietan lizentziadunak. Denborarekin taldea handitzen joatea da helburua, lanpostuak sortzea, alegia.
Industria handiek asetzen ez duten beharrizanei erantzuten diegu. Euskal garagardoa bere bidea egiten hasi da, gorputz eta zapore bereizgarriak eskainiz. Aldi berean, garapen teknologiko iraunkorra burutzeko asmoa dugu.
Koop57 finantza-kooperatibaren laguntza izan dugu, ekonomia soziala bultzatzeko Katalunian sortutako elkartearena. Horretaz gain, 100 herritar, tabernari, elkarte eta konpartsa baino gehiagoren babes ekonomikoa daukagu, eta hau da, hain zuzen, Bogaren benetako altxorra.
