This vibrant Double IPA showcases the verdant intensity of fresh Cascade hop flowers harvested from Olite. It pours a translucent honey hue with a persistent, creamy head. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity citrus and floral notes typical of fresh-picked hops, underpinned by a subtle, clean maltiness. On the palate, bold tropical fruit flavors merge with an assertive but smooth bitterness. The 8% ABV provides a refined alcoholic warmth that integrates seamlessly with the dry finish. It is a powerful expression of harvest-season brewing, balancing the resinous bite of fresh lúpulo with a light, supporting malt backbone.

Appearance. Honey color (approximately 8-10 SRM). Translucent clarity with a creamy, off-white, persistent head and fine, constant carbonation.

Aroma. Extreme intensity of fresh hop character. Dominant citrus and floral notes from the Cascade hops, with secondary tropical fruit aromas and a clean, low grainy-sweet malt background.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Moderately high bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh. Low, supportive malt character with a hint of honey-like sweetness. Finishes dry with a lingering hoppy and bitter aftertaste.
