Sprinkler Party reimagines the classic German Pils through a modern West Coast lens. This lager pours a brilliant straw gold, releasing an assertive aroma of tropical fruit and juicy citrus that replaces traditional herbal notes. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through the subtle, grainy sweetness of Pilsner malt. Despite the elevated 6.5% ABV, it remains remarkably crisp and refreshing, maintaining the high attenuation and dry finish expected of the style. The result is a vibrant, sun-drenched sensory experience that balances the precision of a lager with the punchy hop character of a coastal IPA.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (3 SRM); brilliant clarity with a tall, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant tropical and juicy fruit hop character (mango, pineapple, citrus) layered over a low, clean, grainy-sweet malt base. Clean fermentation profile without esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit hops quickly followed by an assertive, medium-high bitterness. The malt profile is lean, featuring light cracker and doughy notes. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, clean hop bitterness and a hint of mineral sharpness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Refreshing and light on the palate despite the higher ABV, which provides a very subtle, well-integrated warmth.
