This vibrant Hazy IPA captures the essence of the harvest, utilizing fresh Galaxy hop cones straight from the farm to deliver an explosive sensory profile. It pours with a luminous, golden opacity, topped by a persistent, rocky white head with excellent retention. The aroma is saturated with intense passionfruit, sun-ripened peach, and bright citrus zest, supported by a clean, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the hop-forward character transitions into a juicy melange of tropical flavors supported by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Minimal bitterness ensures a smooth, fruit-led experience that finishes clean and slightly off-dry, showcasing the lush depth of fresh-picked hops.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (3–6 SRM). Opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous sheen. Pours with a dense, meringue-like white head that exhibits high retention and leaves thick lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passionfruit and citrus. Secondary notes of peach and mango are present. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as light bready or grainy notes. Yeast esters are supportive and fruity, blending seamlessly with the hop profile.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor featuring intense passionfruit, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Malt flavor is low, providing a soft, bready foundation. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, balanced by a medium-full body. The finish is smooth and off-dry, with a lingering, juicy hop aftertaste devoid of harshness or astringency.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth at 7% ABV. No raw starch texture or hop burn is present.
