Mago de Houblon is an enchanting Hazy IPA that conjures a vibrant sensory spell through massive additions of Mosaic lupulin alongside Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops. This lupulin-heavy blend radiates intense aromas of tropical stone fruit, zesty grapefruit, and pine. The complex grist, featuring Pilsen, Munich, Carapils, and wheat malt, provides a soft, bready foundation that supports a smooth, luscious mouthfeel. While the hopping is explosive, the bitterness remains approachable and refreshing. The finish is clean yet fruit-forward, showcasing the Partial-hopping technique that preserves delicate citrus oils, making it a bright and drinkable expression of the style.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with an orange hue; hazy and opaque with a characteristic shine. Features a medium, meringue-like white head with high retention.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, mango, and stone fruit from Mosaic and Simcoe, with a bright citrus overlay of grapefruit and lime from Citra and Amarillo. Low bready-grainy malt character from the wheat and Munich malts; clean fermentation with no caramel.

Taste. High tropical and citrus hop flavor mirroring the aroma. Low to medium bready malt flavor provides a soft base. Perceived bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, leading to an off-dry finish that is smooth and refreshing without any hop harshness.
