Perfect Places is a luminous Hazy IPA that celebrates the distinctive profile of Nelson Sauvin hops. On the nose and palate, intense layers of ripe mango and zesty lemon dominate, underscored by a sophisticated New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc character that provides a crisp, vinous quality. The heavy double dry-hopping introduces a subtle, spicy crack of black pepper, adding complexity to the juicy, fruit-forward core. Its soft, pillowy texture and restrained bitterness highlight the hop depth without harshness, finishing with a lingering tropical brightness. The clean, grainy malt backbone remains supportive, ensuring a balanced, highly drinkable expression of this modern style.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (3-5 SRM). Hazy and nearly opaque with a luminous shine. Massive, meringue-like white head with high retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring ripe mango, lemon zest, and a distinct white wine vinous quality. Low, grainy, bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile with light fruity esters that complement the Nelson Sauvin character.

Taste. High to very high tropical hop flavors of mango and citrus, accompanied by notes of white grape and a subtle peppery spice. Malt flavor is low and neutral-grainy. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, presenting as soft rather than sharp. The finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste.
