Its aroma is exceptionally clean, offering only a whisper of herbal hops against a neutral fermentation backdrop. Appearance. Pale straw color (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a frothy white head that exhibits moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Primary notes of grainy-sweet malt and light cracker from the Pilsner malt. Very low herbal and floral hop character.
Taste. Initial impression is crisp and clean with a low to moderate grainy-malt flavor. Bitterness is medium-low, providing just enough balance to offset the light bready sweetness. Hop flavor is subtle, featuring faint herbal notes. The finish is dry, well-attenuated, and refreshing with a neutral aftertaste.
