This Hazy IPA presents an evocative blend of modern hop intensity and a lush, pillowy structure. The signature hop trio of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Strata delivers a layered sensory experience, led by punchy notes of passion fruit, ripe mango, and a hint of dank resin. A background of clean, bready malt provides a neutral canvas for these vibrant tropical and citrus characters to shine. The sensory profile benefits from the berry-like nuance and 'passion fruit meets pine' complexity of the Strata hops. Finishes with a restrained, smooth bitterness that invites another sip, embodying a contemporary, fruit-forward expression of the style.

Appearance. Luminous straw to light gold (4-5 SRM). Distinctly hazy, almost opaque with a glowing shine; topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity with an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. Mosaic contributes prominent blueberry and papaya notes, while Simcoe adds a sharp grapefruit and pine needle undertone. Strata provides a strawberry-like fruitiness and light herbal complexity. Malt is low, appearing as light flour or grainy bread.

Taste. Flavor mirrors the aroma with massive tropical fruit impact. Initial impressions of mango and melon transition into citrus zest and a mild resinous earthiness. Bitterness is low to medium, perfectly integrated into the soft, grain-forward malt base. The finish is off-dry and exceptionally smooth, without any harsh hop bite or vegetal character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Moderate carbonation enhances the juice sensation. No astringency or starchiness. A very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at the finish.
