This Hazy IPA pours with a vibrant, glowing opacity, immediately releasing a complex bouquet of tropical and citrus notes. The interplay of Strata and Mosaic Cryo hops delivers a multi-layered explosion of passionfruit, ripe blueberries, and a subtle dankness. Motueka adds a bright, zesty lime shimmer, while Comet provides a sharp, grapefruit-forward backbone that cuts through the soft, pillowy malt profile. It is a masterful balance of juicy intensity and approachability, showcasing a smooth, creamy texture that carries these vibrant hop oils across the palate toward a gentle, off-dry finish with minimal lingering bitterness.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a dense, opaque haze. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent layers of passionfruit, blueberry, and strawberry. Bright lime and grapefruit citrus notes follow, supported by a neutral, lightly bready malt background and clean, fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of tropical fruit and citrus. Low bready malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is moderate but smooth and well-masked by the body. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a clean, fruity aftertaste lacking any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel with no astringency and very low, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
