Power Up delivers a saturated tropical profile led by the concentrated citrus punch of Citra Cryo and the diverse complexity of The Bruce New Zealand hop blend. This Hazy IPA showcases distinct notes of white grape and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, while Motueka provides a bright lime zest. Pacifica and Pacific Jade add layers of orange marmalade and subtle herbal depth to the juicy core. The beer features a plush, pillowy texture that carries flavors of mango and stone fruit across the palate, concluding with a soft, restrained bitterness that emphasizes hop saturation and incredible drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a radiant shine. Topped with a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head exhibiting excellent retention and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by passion fruit, crushed white grapes, and fresh lime. Citra Cryo contributes concentrated grapefruit and tangerine notes. Background malt is clean and lightly bready; fermentation is neutral with faint peach esters and no diacetyl.

Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with massive tropical fruit, lime, and gooseberry. Low to medium-high bitterness that is smooth and lacks any harshness or vegetal character. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. The finish is off-dry and soft, with a long-lasting juicy hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Very low alcohol warmth is well-integrated and subtle; no hop-derived astringency or harshness.
