Blech.Brut Green Stripes is a formidable Triple Black IPA that merges the intensity of a Double IPA with deep roasted complexity. An intricate hop profile of Mosaic, Sabro, and HBC 472 delivers layers of ripe blueberries, tropical coconut, and toasted oak. These vibrant hop notes are anchored by a robust foundation of dark chocolate and espresso-like malt character. At 9.2% ABV, it presents a smooth but assertive warmth, balancing its aggressive bitterness with a surprisingly clean finish. Appearance. Opaque jet black (40 SRM). Thick, persistent tan head with fine bubbles and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; pungent Mosaic berry and stone fruit aromas lead, followed by the distinct coconut and cream notes of Sabro. HBC 472 provides a subtle woody, vanilla-like oak character. Background notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and a hint of clean, supportive alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression of resinous pine and tropical fruit, quickly joined by bitter dark chocolate and roasted grain. High bitterness is firm but smooth.
