This Hazy IPA pours with a vibrant, opaque glow, immediately releasing a powerful aromatic bouquet driven by a precise trio of hops. The inclusion of Mosaic delivers deep layers of ripe mango and blueberry, while Motueka contributes a bright, zesty lime character that lifts the profile. Riwaka rounds out the sensory experience with intense notes of passionfruit and crushed pink grapefruit. On the palate, the experience is silky and juicy, characterized by a soft, pillowy body that masterfully masks a restrained bitterness. The finish is clean and fruit-forward, emphasizing a complex tropical depth and a lush, modern hop expression without being cloying.

Appearance. Straw to pale orange (approx. 4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Supports a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit including mango and passionfruit, alongside vivid lime zest and grapefruit notes from Mosaic, Motueka, and Riwaka. Background notes of neutral, grainy, and slightly doughy malt; clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, featuring mango, stone fruit, and bright citrus. Malt flavor is low to medium, providing a bready, supportive backbone. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft texture. Finishes off-dry with a lingering, smooth fruit character and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth without any astringency or hop burn.
