Babyblue Squares is a vibrant Micro IPA that punches well above its low-alcohol weight, showcasing a sensory profile typically reserved for a full-strength American IPA. The hop-forward character is driven by a tropical explosion of El Dorado, contributing notes of pineapple and stone fruit, which pair harmoniously with the distinctive coconut and creamy tropical accents of Sabro. Despite the lean 1.5% ABV, the beer maintains a firm bitterness and a clean, grainy malt backbone. The result is a highly refreshing, aromatic experience with a dry finish that emphasizes New World hop complexity without the weight of a higher-gravity ale.

Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a slight, persistent haze. Supports a medium-sized, white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango from El Dorado, alongside distinct coconut and subtle cedar or cream notes from Sabro. Very low, clean, grainy maltiness serves as a background, with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor consistent with the aroma, showcasing tropical fruit, tangerine, and coconut. Medium-high bitterness provides a sharp, clean balance against a low, grainy malt base. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of citrus and stone fruit. No perceptible alcohol flavor or esters.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a smooth, surprisingly non-watery texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a crisp sensation. Absolutely no alcohol warmth or harshness.
