Blaue Ente Electrum is a refined take on the Vienna Lager style, pouring a brilliant amber hue that honors its Latin namesake. This beer bridges the gap for craft newcomers by pairing a soft, toasty malt richness—characteristic of high-quality Vienna malt—with the approachable fruitiness of top-fermenting esters. The aroma is defined by toasted bread crusts and light orchard fruit, while the palate delivers a balanced malt sweetness that never becomes cloying. A firm yet smooth hop bitterness provides structure, leading to a clean, dry finish that maintains an elegant and creamy medium body throughout.
Appearance. Luminous light reddish amber to deep copper with brilliant clarity. Pours with a large, creamy, off-white head that demonstrates excellent persistence and leaves fine lacing.
