This Czech Premium Pale Lager presents a masterclass in balance, derived from a traditional decoction mash of organic malted barley and a patient thirty-day cold maturation. The sensory profile is defined by a deep, bready malt complexity that provides a sturdy foundation for the iconic Saaz hops. These hops deliver a signature bouquet of spicy herbs and soft florals, transitioning into a firm yet rounded bitterness on the palate. Every sip is remarkably clean and refreshing, showcasing a crisp character that marries rich cereal sweetness with an elegant, lingering finish. It is a refined, authentic expression of the style.
Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity; features a dense, long-lasting, and creamy white head with significant lacing.
Aroma. Medium-high intensity featuring a rich, bready-rich malt bouquet; complemented by a medium-high spicy and herbal hop character from the Saaz hops with very low, clean fermentation esters.
