Blanche De Namur è una birra belga bianca, prodotta dalla Brasserie Du Bocq, che prende il nome da una graziosa principessa belga che nel 1335 sposò il re scandinavo Magnus II.

Blanche de Namur Rosée è un blend che nasce dall’unione tra la famosa birra belga bianca e il succo naturale di lamponi, creando così un gusto dolce e rinfrescante.

Al naso si percepiscono profumi intensi e freschi di rosa, lampone e pompelmo rosa, seguiti da sfumature vegetali e balsamiche. Al palato il dolce aroma dei lamponi si fonde ai toni agrumati creando un gusto dolce, fruttato e dissetante.

Perfetta come aperitivo, può essere accompagnata a macedonia con gelato, crostata ai frutti rossi o dessert alla vaniglia o al limone.
