De Hard Cider van BlakStoc -de volledige naam is BlakStoc Standard Hard Cider Medium Dry- heeft eigenlijk weinig gemeen met de Amerikaanse Hard Cider, maar is wat ons betreft de meest 'Duitse' in ons bestand, troebel als Most of Apfelwein, niet te hoog alcoholisch, een klein zuurtje, beetje troebel en ergens denk je eerder aan druif dan aan appel in de neus.
