This Double IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience powered by the intense combination of hand-selected Citra, Citra Cryo, and Australian Galaxy hops. Vibrant aromas of zesty lime and grapefruit from the Citra meet the lush passionfruit and peach notes provided by the Galaxy. The palate is defined by a firm, clean bitterness that cuts through a lean, neutral malt backbone, ensuring a high level of drinkability despite the 8.8% ABV. A well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth supports the hop-forward profile. Pours gold with a persistent white head, finishing bone-dry with a lingering, resinous fruit character that encourages the next sip.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (8-11 SRM). Topped with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Generally clear, though a very light, modern hop haze may be present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit (passionfruit, pineapple) and citrus (grapefruit, lime) characteristics. A supportive, neutral, and grainy maltiness remains in the background. Fermentation profile is clean with very light fruity esters. A smooth, non-solventy alcohol note is present.

Taste. Initial impression is a punch of citrus and stone fruit hops. Hop bitterness is moderately high but smooth, lacking harshness. Features a low, clean, soft malt character that is strictly supportive. The finish is dry to medium-dry, leading into a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste with no heavy residual sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture and no harsh hop-derived astringency. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is noticeable but well-integrated.
