This Hazy IPA delivers a saturated sensory experience through a sophisticated hop profile featuring Citra, Loral Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo, Idaho 7, and Triumph. The aroma is an intense rush of tropical mango and zesty lime, supported by the delicate floral and herbal nuances of the Loral Cryo. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body carries flavors of ripe stone fruit and melon, underpinned by a neutral, bready malt base. The bitterness is purposefully restrained, allowing the vibrant citrus and berry notes to lead into a smooth, juicy finish. It exemplifies the style's signature drinkability and plush, fruit-forward character.
Appearance. 4–6 SRM. Opaque, straw-gold with a characteristic hazy glow. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, decorative lacing.
Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical fruit (pineapple, passionfruit) and citrus (lime, tangerine) hop character. Subtle floral and spicy notes. Clean, lightly bready malt in the background. No caramel, toast, or diacetyl.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of mango, peach, and citrus zest. Low, neutral bready malt flavor. Low to medium-low bitterness that never becomes harsh or sharp. Finishes off-dry and smooth with a long, lingering fruit juice aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw grain harshness.
