This massive Double IPA showcases an explosive synergy between hand-selected Citra and a trio of New Zealand powerhouses: Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Nectaron. At 10% ABV, it presents a decadent, saturated sensory experience defined by complex tropical juice. The Citra provides a bright citrus foundation, while the Southern Hemisphere additions contribute distinct layers of white grape, passionfruit, and stone fruit. Despite its strength, the beer remains focused on hop intensity, balancing a clean, supportive malt profile with a smooth, lingering bitterness that highlights the intricate nuances of its premium hop selection and the lush brewer's intent for a Southern Hemisphere showcase.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6–8 SRM). Large, persistent creamy white head with excellent lacing. Displays a significant, opaque haze consistent with modern high-gravity interpretations.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits and citrus. Features prominent passionfruit from Riwaka, crushed gooseberry and white wine grapes from Nelson Sauvin, and ripe peach from Nectaron. Clean, neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background with a lightly fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. High-impact hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of lime zest, pineapple, and stone fruit. Moderately high bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering resinous and tropical aftertaste, supported by a soft, unobtrusive malt character. A light, clean alcohol flavor is present.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without being solventy. Low astringency.
