Mosaic drives an aromatic profile of wild blueberry, ripe mango, and subtle pine, while Strata provides a punchy tropical contrast of passion fruit and a distinctive, dank herbal resin. At 8.2% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability through a lean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop saturation to lead. The experience is defined by a bright, citrus-forward intensity and a smooth, lingering bitterness that finishes clean and dry, perfectly balancing strength with a modern hop-forward focus.
Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (approx. 7-8 SRM); features a large, persistent white head with dense lacing; slight haze is present, consistent with modern heavy dry-hopping techniques.
