This refreshing Irish Lager presents a crisp, clean profile defined by its alternative grain base and floral hop accents. The use of Cascade hops introduces subtle notes of grapefruit zest and wildflower meadow, which gracefully overlay a light, slightly nutty grain character typical of gluten-free malts. Despite the absence of traditional barley, it maintains a classic lager silhouette with a bright, effervescent quality. A delicate honey-like sweetness transitions into a snap-dry finish, making it highly sessionable. The balance leans toward a gentle bitterness that cleanses the palate without lingering, showcasing a modern, accessible interpretation of a light pale lager.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a bright white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and leaves light spotting on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-low intensity. Clean and grainy with a faint toasted rice or millet nuttiness. Cascade hops contribute a distinct but restrained floral and light citrus (grapefruit) aroma. No significant esters or diacetyl.
