This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant tropical profile driven by the distinctive combination of Nelson and Sabro hops. Nelson delivers its signature notes of crushed white grape and passionfruit, while Sabro introduces a creamy coconut essence and bright lime zest. A foundation of grainy, bready malt supports the massive hop-forward character without intruding on the juicy impression. The palate is defined by a soft, pillowy texture and restrained bitterness, finishing with a lingering citrus and stone fruit echo. Appearance. Straw to very light amber (4-5 SRM). Hazy to nearly opaque with a soft, matte shine. Persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, passionfruit, and white grape. Distinctive secondary notes of coconut and lime blend with juicy tangerine. Low, neutral bready malt in the background; clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Explodes with juicy tropical flavors. Initial impression of white grape and gooseberry transitions into creamy coconut and zesty lime.
