This celebratory Imperial Stout presents a decadent sensory profile defined by its dual-barrel aging in Bourbon and Rye Whiskey casks. Rich aromas of dark chocolate and espresso meld with the distinct sweetness of maple syrup and the spicy, charred oak notes provided by the whiskey barrels. The palate is intensely layered, offering deep waves of molasses, vanilla, and toasted marshmallow, underpinned by a robust roasted malt backbone. At 11.5% ABV, it carries a sophisticated warmth that complements its velvety, full-bodied texture. The finish is lingering and complex, showcasing a harmonious balance between sugary maple, rye spice, and bittersweet cocoa.

Appearance. Opaque, jet black in color (40+ SRM). It supports a thick, persistent deep tan head with excellent lacing and visible legs due to the high alcohol and sugar content.

Aroma. Intense and complex. Dominant notes of dark chocolate, black coffee, and maple syrup are layered over bourbon-soaked oak, vanilla, and a peppery hint of rye whiskey. Low esters of raisins and figs are present, with minimal hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression is powerfully rich and sweet from the maple, followed by bittersweet chocolate, burnt grain, and dark caramel. The barrel influence adds layers of coconut, vanilla, and spicy oak. Medium bitterness provides necessary structure against the residual sugars. The finish is long, warming, and reminiscent of a maple-infused spirit.

Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a luscious, chewy, and velvety texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. A smooth, noticeable alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, avoiding any harshness.
