This Triple Chemicals Double IPA presents an intense sensory profile driven by the expressive use of Nelson Sauvin and Peacherine hops. The initial impression is dominated by a potent aromatic blend of crushed white grapes, gooseberries, and overripe stone fruits—specifically peaches and nectarines—supported by a lean, neutral malt backbone. At 9.5% ABV, it balances significant alcoholic strength with a remarkably dry finish, emphasizing a persistent yet smooth hop bitterness. The New World hop character provides layers of tropical fruit and floral complexity while maintaining the high drinkability and bright presence characteristic of the style, resulting in a vibrant, high-impact experience.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light copper (8-12 SRM) with good clarity and a slight, acceptable haze. Features a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop intensity featuring prominent white grape, gooseberry, and diesel notes from Nelson Sauvin, alongside concentrated peach and nectarine from Peacherine. Background malt is clean and neutral with low grainy sweetness; fermentation is clean with a light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Initial impact of intense tropical and stone fruit hop flavors follows the aroma. Medium-high hop bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking harshness. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft, slightly bready platform. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering fruity and bitter aftertaste and a well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively scrub on the tongue. Noticeable but restrained and smooth alcohol warmth is present without any harsh astringency.
