Serenity is a luminous Hazy IPA that captures an ethereal hop profile through the use of Strata and Nelson Sauvin. The experience begins with a rush of passion fruit and dank berry notes from the Strata, immediately countered by the sophisticated white grape and crushed gooseberry essence characteristic of Nelson Sauvin. A soft, pillowy malt base provides a bready foundation that carries these intense tropical and vinous flavors across the palate. This beer emphasizes a juicy character with restrained bitterness and a smooth, rounded finish, reflecting a modern approach to the style where fruit expression is paramount and drinkability is elevated.

Appearance. Deep straw to pale gold (4 SRM) with a significant, opaque haze that creates a dull shine. It is topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics lead with pungent tropical fruit—specifically mango and passion fruit—alongside a distinct resinous berry note from the Strata hops. This is layered with the elegant white wine and citrus zest aromas of Nelson Sauvin. Background malt is low, offering a clean, lightly bready scent, while fermentation esters are neutral and well-integrated.

Taste. The flavor is a high-impact explosion of fruit, mirroring the aroma with notes of ripe melon, grapefruit, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A soft, grainy malt sweetness balances the hop-forward profile. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft water profile and full body. It finishes off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering tropical aftertaste without any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate, providing a gentle lift to the palate. There is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth consistent with its strength, and absolutely no astringency.
