This Double IPA erupts with a complex sensory bouquet driven by an assertive blend of Idaho 7, Galaxy, and Talus hops. The nose is greeted by high-intensity aromas of passionfruit and crushed pineapple, layered over distinct notes of pink grapefruit and resinous pine. On the palate, the clean, pale malt base provides light, bready support that allows the vibrant hop profile to shine, introducing flavors of stone fruit and a subtle floral, sage-like herbalism. A firm, clean bitterness balances the 8% ABV, which provides a smooth, well-integrated warmth. It finishes dry and crisp with a lingering citrus zest and resinous aftertaste.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Clarity is clear to slightly hazy.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring passionfruit, pineapple, and pink grapefruit. Prominent resinous pine and a faint herbal sage note are present. Malt is neutral and grainy in the background. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus dominate the initial impression. Malt is low and soft, providing a neutral bready foundation. Bitterness is firm and high but lacks harshness. The finish is dry with a lingering hop-derived resin and citrus pith aftertaste.
