New Chemicals presents a fascinating bridge between classic American hopping and modern tropical intensity. This Hazy IPA showcases a sophisticated hybrid profile featuring Super Sauvin, Cascade, and Peacherine. The sensory experience is led by intense aromas of white wine and gooseberry from the Super Sauvin, seamlessly integrated with the lush stone fruit and nectarine notes provided by Peacherine. Classic Cascade hops ground the profile with a nostalgic floral and grapefruit zest. The palate is exceptionally soft, delivering juicy peach and tropical flavors over a neutral, bready malt base. It concludes with a restrained bitterness and a smooth, pillowy finish that highlights its modern heritage.

Appearance. SRM 5. Hazy, deep gold with an orange-tinged opacity. Supports a persistent, rocky, white meringue-like head with exceptional retention and intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by peach, nectarine, and tropical stone fruit. Distinctive notes of white grape and crushed gooseberry are present, backed by a light floral and citrus grapefruit character. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as lightly bready.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's peach, nectarine, and tropical fruit notes. Initial white wine and citrus pith impressions transition into a soft, grainy malt sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body. The finish is off-dry and clean with lingering fruit esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated, providing a gentle glow without any harshness or astringency.
