The sensory profile is defined by a decadent layers of Peruvian cocoa nibs, specifically the Marahua and San Martin varieties, which impart intense bittersweet chocolate and roasted espresso notes. A vibrant thread of natural raspberry extract cuts through the density, providing a tart, bright fruit contrast. The influence of the young Cognac barrel adds sophisticated vinous depths, oak tannins, and a warming spirit character that melds seamlessly with the 11% ABV.
