This commanding Imperial Stout pours an impenetrable obsidian, releasing a potent bouquet of bittersweet chocolate and espresso. The addition of caramelized tobacco imparts unique layers of earthy leaf and sweet, pipe-smoke richness that meld seamlessly with dark fruit esters of plum and prune. At 11% ABV, the palate is exceptionally dense, offering flavors of burnt grain and molasses balanced by a firm hop bitterness. A deep, velvety texture carries the complex interplay of roasted malts and savory tobacco, finishing with a lingering, smooth alcohol warmth and a touch of dark-caramel sweetness that rounds out the intense roast.

Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and completely opaque. A thick, creamy, dark brown head shows moderate retention, leaving persistent lacing. High viscosity is evident through slow-moving legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent notes of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and black licorice. The caramelized tobacco contributes an earthy, leathery, and sweet aromatic quality. Underlying esters of raisins and figs are present, alongside a clean, noticeable alcohol presence.
