This massive Imperial Stout serves as a decadent canvas for the Indonesia Karana coffee beans, which were roasted to highlight their Balinese origin. The sensory profile opens with an intense wave of freshly ground espresso and dark chocolate, accented by a subtle, bright citrus note reminiscent of the oranges grown alongside the coffee crops. Deeply roasted malts provide a foundation of molasses and charred grain, while the 11% ABV contributes a sophisticated, integrated warmth. The experience is velvety and viscous, balancing a firm roasted bitterness with a lingering, sweet finish that showcases the earthy complexity of the specialty coffee.
Appearance. Opaque, deep ebony (SRM 40+). Pours with a thick, dense, mocha-colored head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and coating with a luxurious, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-low, enhancing the beer's richness. A notable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, without being harsh or fusel.
