This Imperial Stout presents a massive sensory profile defined by its maturation in Cachaça barrels and the addition of Lake Victoria vanilla beans from Uganda. The base beer offers deep roasted malts evoking bittersweet chocolate and espresso. The barrel aging introduces unique notes of grassy cane sugar and spicy oak, harmonizing with the intense, creamy sweetness of the vanilla. At 11% ABV, it carries a noticeable but smooth warmth. The experience is decadent and complex, blending the dark fruit esters of a traditional Imperial Stout with an exotic, spirit-forward character that lingers with cocoa and earthy spice.
Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40+ SRM). It produces a dense, dark tan head with moderate retention that leaves significant lacing. High viscosity is evident through thick, slow-moving legs on the glass.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and chewy with a luscious, velvety texture. Carbonation is low to moderate, enhancing the silkiness. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable and pleasant.
