This Double IPA delivers an intense aromatic profile driven by a complex blend of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Cashmere hops. The sensory experience opens with pungent waves of ripe mango, blueberry, and stone fruit, underscored by a bright citrus layer of lemon and lime. The palate reflects these tropical notes, adding a touch of pine and black tea from the Idaho 7, while the Cashmere provides a smooth, melon-like softness. Despite its 8.5% ABV, the beer maintains high drinkability with a dry finish and a firm, clean bitterness that never becomes harsh, balancing the lean, neutral malt backbone against the explosive hop character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM) with slight haze common in modern interpretations. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of blueberry and mango from Mosaic, apricot and resinous pine from Idaho 7, and a floral citrus lift from Cashmere. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, cracker-like background with a light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors dominated by tropical fruit, citrus peel, and stone fruit. Bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding astringency. The malt flavor is low and supportive, allowing the hops to lead into a dry to medium-dry finish with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste. Low esters from a neutral fermentation.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crispness that cuts through the hop resins. A restrained, warming alcohol sensation is present but remains well-integrated and smooth.
