This single-hop American IPA serves as a vibrant showcase for the iconic Galaxy hop. It leads with a saturated sensory profile defined by intense passionfruit and ripe peach, underscored by bright citrus zest. A clean, lean malt base of pale grains provides a neutral canvas, allowing the hop’s signature tropical and stone fruit complexities to remain front and center. The experience is underscored by a firm, resinous bitterness that balances the fruit-forward character, culminating in a crisp, dry finish. It exemplifies the modern, hop-driven spirit of the style, delivering a punchy and aromatic journey through Australian hop terroir.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber (7–9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, persistent white head that leaves significant lacy trails on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent passionfruit, fleshy peach, and grapefruit peel. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness acts as a subtle background. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit and stone fruit from the hops. Malt flavor is low and grainy-sweet, supporting a medium-high bitterness. The finish is dry and hoppy with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.
