This Sweet Stout is a decadent tribute to the holiday season, lead by a massive infusion of real cocoa that delivers an unmistakable milk chocolate Easter egg character. A complex grist of 7 different malts provides a sturdy, roasty foundation of sweetened espresso and toasted crust, while the addition of lactose ensures a silky, cream-like sweetness throughout. The profile is lush and indulgent, balancing mild roasted grain notes against a rich, confectionery-like middle. It finishes smooth and lingering, capturing the nostalgic essence of melting chocolate with a clean, well-integrated fermentation profile and a gentle, supporting bitterness.

Appearance. Opaque, deep ebony to black in color (35–40 SRM). Topped by a thick, persistent, creamy tan head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of milk chocolate and cocoa powder, backed by mild roasted grain and hints of sweetened coffee. Subtle cream-like sweetness from lactose is present, with very low earthy hop notes and minimal fruity esters.

Taste. Dominant flavors of rich milk chocolate and cocoa nibs meld with a moderate roasted malt character reminiscent of sweetened espresso.
