This Hazy IPA radiates a vibrant, tropical energy inspired by the blue dragon of Kesennuma. A base of Pilsner, Wheat, and Oat creates a soft, pillowy canvas for an explosive hop profile featuring Azacca, Citra, and Simcoe. On the nose, intense aromas of mango and dragon fruit intertwine with a refreshing "blue citrus" brightness. The palate follows with a lush, juicy character, emphasizing tropical fruit depth and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Bitterness remains low, allowing the citrus-forward Simcoe and stone fruit-laden Citra to shine, finishing with a clean, fruit-flecked linger that maintains exceptional drinkability.
Appearance. Deep straw to pale orange with a pronounced, opaque haze that gives the liquid a luminous glow. It is topped by a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick, creamy lacing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, soft, and pillowy texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is no perceived astringency or hop burn, and the alcohol provides a very light, well-integrated warmth.
