This modern American IPA presents a vibrant hop-forward profile, utilizing a lean base of lager and wheat malt to showcase its complex hop bill. Intense aromatics lead with the grapefruit and floral notes of Cascade, bolstered by the resinous pine of Simcoe. Bright tropical citrus from Citra provides a zesty mid-palate, while Nelson Sauvin adds a sophisticated finish of crushed white grapes and gooseberry. The wheat inclusion lends a soft, velvety texture to the otherwise crisp and dry body. It balances a firm bitterness with clean fermentation, delivering a refreshing yet punchy character that highlights New World hop innovation.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM) with a very slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves fine lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, resinous pine, and bright citrus. Subtle notes of gooseberry and white wine grapes emerge as it warms. Low grainy-sweet maltiness with a hint of bready softness from the wheat. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and crisp. High hop flavors of citrus zest, tropical fruit, and pine dominate. Low grainy malt flavor provides a lean backbone without caramel sweetness.
