This collaboration Hazy IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience defined by a unique mash-hopping process and intense dry hopping. The inclusion of Nectaron and YCH303 Cryo hops produces a saturated profile of stone fruit, passionfruit, and bright citrus. On the palate, a soft, bready malt base provides the perfect canvas for the juicy hop character to shine without being overshadowed by harsh bitterness. Despite the approachable 5.5% ABV, it maintains a substantial, silky presence. The finish is remarkably clean, emphasizing the tropical biotransformation and the lush, aromatic depth achieved through the brewers' experimental techniques.

Appearance. Straw to light orange with an opaque, hazy shine; topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; bursting with ripe peach, mango, and tropical notes from the Nectaron and YCH303 Cryo hops. Subtle grainy, bready malt sweetness sits in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus. Low to medium-high hop bitterness that feels smooth and integrated. Low bready malt flavor supports the massive hop presence. Finishes off-dry and juicy with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, smooth, and slightly creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift, while alcohol warmth is light and well-integrated.
