See Now and Know is a bright, West Coast-style American Pale Ale that leans into a lean malt bill of pale malt and rice sugar for ultimate drinkability. The aroma is dominated by a sharp pine and resinous snap from Chinook and Simcoe, layered with the complex blueberry and citrus punch of Mosaic. A cool fermentation with a house German ale strain ensures a clean, neutral canvas that amplifies the punchy hop character.
