This monumental English Barleywine, aged in Rye Whiskey barrels, presents an opulent sensory journey. The intense 14% ABV manifests as a velvety, well-integrated warmth that supports a massive malt spine. Expect deep layers of toffee, dark treacle, and biscuit-like complexity. This celebratory barleywine was brewed with a rich base of English pale, amber, crystal, oat, caramelized oat, and pale chocolate malts. Hopped with Harlequin and East Kent Goldings and fermented with a robust English ale yeast.
