Bitburger Premium Pils
This classic German Pils presents a brilliant, straw-colored pour under a persistent, fine-bubbled white head. The sensory experience is defined by its remarkable clarity and a refined balance between light, grainy Pilsner malt and elegant herbal hop notes. Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (2-3 SRM). Crystal-clear and brilliant clarity. Creamy, long-lasting white head with extra-fine bubbles and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity of herbal and spicy hop character. Low grainy, doughy, or cracker-like malt presence. Exceptionally clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial light grainy malt flavor is quickly overcome by a firm hop bitterness and herbal hop flavors. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp. Finishes bone-dry with a clean, lingering bitterness and a subtle mineral snap in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Very crisp and refreshing. No alcohol warmth or astringency, providing a smooth yet sharp, effervescent texture.
