Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (approx 6–10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, off-white head that demonstrates good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent hop character features resinous pine, grapefruit, and a hint of passionfruit, balanced by distinct spicy and floral notes. A low, clean, grainy maltiness with light caramel sweetness supports the hop presentation.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with high flavor intensity. Notes of resinous pine and citrus from Simcoe are followed by the herbal and spicy bitterness of Willamette. Low to medium-low toasted malt and light caramel sweetness provide a firm backbone against the medium-high bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, clean texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. No astringency or harshness is present, with very low alcohol warmth.
